Prior to joining Unite Us, Megan worked in the nonprofit sector in leadership roles and used her experience with performance improvement and data management to increase operational efficiencies and develop cutting-edge services that tracked towards successful outcomes. Megan has an MSW from Rutgers University and an MBA from UMass Amherst. She believes in the importance of a strong systems approach and continuous learning in building provider networks that give everyone who needs it the opportunity to achieve lives of health and success.
