Customer Success

Our Customer Success team serves as a trusted advisor in the process of creating coordinated care networks. This team is committed to meeting the unique needs of every community – they’re dedicated to and driven by our partners’ success.

The Customer Success team consists of experts in Project Management, Community Engagement, and User Support. We extend that expertise to our partners every day as we help them gain as much value from Unite Us as possible. Access our flyer on the CS team here.

Technology

Our Technology team consists of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers all working toward the goal of providing a scalable, user-friendly environment for our customers. With a focus on scalability and flexibility, this team has a one-of-a-kind opportunity to leave their mark on a product that’s impacting lives daily. Their open architecture allows for a constant stream of communication and collaboration, lending itself to the creation of high-quality product releases on a regular basis.

Network Development

The Network Development team at Unite Us identifies partners who are ready to launch a coordinated care network and invest in improving health in their communities. In the process, we bring in revenue for Unite Us, fueling expansion. This team has the unique opportunity to influence how government, philanthropy, health systems, and community-based organizations coordinate care together. Members of the Network Development team have a supreme understanding of the marketplace in which we operate and a passion for improving health outcomes and can confidently communicate the power of our solution.

Marketing

Our Marketing team collaborates with local partners to craft and tell the inspiring stories of people who have benefitted from our solution. Members of the Marketing team are natural storytellers, passionate about social change, and have a vision for how marketing and communications can transform systems. Joining the marketing team will give you a distinct opportunity to leave your mark on a brand that’s improving lives in communities across the country.

Product

A product with many first-of-its-kind capabilities that revolutionizes the way social and medical care is delivered deserves a team that appreciates our impact. Working directly between our Technology and Customer Success teams, the Product team has the unique opportunity to influence Unite Us from several angles. Using out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative vision, this team has the power to continue to push Unite Us forward.

General Operations

Cross-team communication, strategic planning, and execution are a few of the main focuses of the General Operations team at Unite Us. Combining general and administrative functions, this close-knit team is always asking themselves how they can better support the awesome and growing Unite Us team. Whether it’s during the close of a contract or executing a project plan, our team is here to ensure operational excellence and success – internally and externally. As a part of Finance and Operations, this team’s involvement in key areas of our business allows them to truly have a say in where Unite Us is heading.

People Operations

Analytical. Empathetic. Humble. These are the key characteristics of our team and core to who we are – no matter how large we grow. Our People Operations team is here to support and champion Unite Us’ culture, mission, and values. We believe in humanizing our workplace and promoting a progressive, flexible, and collaborative environment where all team members can do their best work. The People Ops team manages Talent Acquisition, People Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
