Unite Us Wins the Amazon Web Services’ “We Power Tech” Innovation Award
Unite Us is proud to announce that we won the Amazon Web Services (AWS) City on a Cloud – We Power Tech Award! This award was announced during the keynote at the AWS Public Sector Summit in Washington, D.C. on June 20th, 2018. The award was granted to AWS technology partners who primarily serve underrepresented groups and have deployed innovative solutions to help businesses, nonprofit organizations, government or educational institutions address challenges that involve diversity or inclusion of underrepresented groups.
We qualified based on our expansion of citizen services, local government functions, and services to diverse and underrepresented communities, our use and integration of AWS Paid Services, and the significance of our solution to the local community as measured by cost savings, measurable benefits to diverse and underrepresented citizens, and impact on teaching and learning to underrepresented citizens.
We are so grateful for this recognition and validation for the hard work that our team has put into our technology and the communities we serve. Our mission at Unite Us is to streamline access, navigation, and coordination of all services and care, improving the health of communities. We believe that no individual should fall through the cracks, and it is our continued goal to provide the best tools to empower healthcare, government, and social service providers to work together to ensure every person is connected to the services they need.
