Who Is Unite Us?
Founded by military veterans in 2013, Unite Us was born out of a simple yet powerful idea: no one should fall through the cracks when seeking care.
We do this by making it easy for government agencies, healthcare providers, health plans, and community-based organizations to work smarter and improve outcomes for the people they serve.
Today, we host the largest network of community-based health and economic services dedicated to improving whole-person health in the United States. Since the beginning, we’ve stayed rooted in our founding mission: to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy, fulfilling life—no matter where they start.
