Zach joined Unite Us in early 2024 to oversee the Customer Success team responsible for ensuring that our partners get full value out of their investment in our solutions. He came to the company with a wealth of SaaS experience (15+ years) and has built customer success teams in previous roles. He leverages those skills when working with our client teams, mapping tactics and strategy to tangible ROI. Through his previous jobs, Zach has worked with the majority of companies across the Fortune 100, including those in pharma and healthcare. He lives in Mequon, WI, with his family and has always made the Midwest his home. Zach is driven by the Unite Us mission of delivering broad-based social care to all those in need, and is grateful to be on that journey with our partners.
