Natalie Hammond-Paul is Vice President of Customer Success at Unite Us, where she leads across enterprise, mid-market, and tech-touch teams and oversees the Community Network function. She partners with government agencies, providers, and health plans to drive value, adoption, and growth—building trusted executive relationships and evolving customer success and service delivery models in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps. Prior to Unite Us, Natalie held senior population health and quality improvement roles in health systems and federally qualified health centers, leading multidisciplinary teams and advancing value-based care initiatives that improved clinical quality. She holds a BS and MPH from The George Washington University’s Milken Institute of Public Health and has published peer-reviewed research and thought leadership on population health and integrating social and clinical care.
