ReMerge is excited to use the Unite Us Platform to improve referrals between community partners. We believe that improving our coordination and information sharing will lead to greater efficiency and, most importantly, better outcomes for the clients our community collectively serves.

Funding from the CARES Act enabled Positive Tomorrows to implement the Unite Us Platform and band together with our partners to better meet the needs in our community. The platform allows service providers to collaborate in a more meaningful and lasting manner. Rather than simply pointing a client to another agency, we can follow their progress and work cooperatively toward a shared set of goals.

OIC has always understood the importance of providing wrap-around services to our clients in conjunction with the education and training we provide. As a Unite Us partner, we are able to focus on what we do best and still meet the needs of our students. In helping someone learn computers or get their high school equivalency diploma, Unite Us and the other partners help us to focus on that mission while allowing other partners to focus on theirs! Unite Us is good for Oklahoma City, and we are glad to be a part of it!
