Unite Us builds coordinated care referral networks of health and social service providers. In Louisiana, network partners will work to address the needs of Cleco Power customers and connect them with local services including food, clothing, lodging, childcare, transportation, mental health, utilities assistance, and more. Many of the services are income based, so customers must meet the eligibility guidelines of the network provider(s). Guidelines are not established by Cleco Power or Unite Us. The role of Unite Us is to connect customers with services. Once connected, customers must respond to the referral(s) and apply for assistance.
