Seamlessly manage social care funding at scale.

With Unite Us Payments, funders can reimburse community-based organizations (CBOs) at scale for the important services they provide, while measuring the success of social care funding initiatives. We automate complex coding and rate information so CBOs and funders can efficiently process invoices and social care claims, reducing the risks of costly denials and rejections.

Flexible Solutions to Grow and Scale Over Time

Payments includes four key solutions that can be adjusted and scaled based on your organization or program’s needs. Then, you can prove the ROI of your social care investments through illustrative, detailed Payments reporting.

Authorization

Confirm and authorize the amount or duration of a service that an individual is qualified to receive.

Enrollment

Provide a simple way for funders to approve client eligibility in a funded program.

Billing

Reimburse and pay CBOs for funded services, such as food support and housing assistance, through invoices and/or EDI 837 claims.

Grant Tracking

Track how funding streams are spent across a network of CBOs by monitoring direct cash assistance and funded services delivered.
