Keith Gardner

Keith is a public policy and government affairs leader with more than 20 years of experience navigating complex healthcare and regulatory landscapes. As Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Government Affairs at Unite Us, he leads efforts to shape policy, foster strategic government partnerships, and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory priorities. Keith has held senior roles across the public and private sectors, bringing deep expertise in legislative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and advancing mission-driven policy initiatives. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training Education from New Mexico State University and currently resides in Rio Rancho, NM.
