Amanda Swiatocha

Amanda Swiatocha is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Unite Us, where she leads the strategy and execution behind the company’s brand, demand generation, and go-to-market efforts. She brings nearly two decades of experience building and propelling marketing organizations at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Before joining Unite Us, Amanda served as Chief Marketing Officer at Softheon, a cloud-based healthcare technology company serving health plans, brokers, and government agencies across the ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare markets. Earlier in her career, she spent 12 years at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), rising to Vice President and Head of Marketing and Communications, where she led a team spanning public relations, demand generation, branding, and customer relationship management. 

Amanda holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College and an MBA in Marketing from Boston College. She is a Level 5 Pragmatic Marketing certified professional with additional certifications in AI in go-to-market and continuous improvement coaching.

Outside of work, Amanda likes to be outdoors as much as possible: Skiing, surfing, running, hiking, and coaching with her husband and two active kids. She lives in the Boston area and is fluent in French.
