Collaborating for a healthier Georgia.

About Us

Unite Georgia is a coordinated care network consisting of healthcare, government, nonprofit, and other organizations. These network partners use Unite Us’ software to securely identify, deliver, and pay for services that address the needs of individuals within their communities.

The network is supported by Unite Us team members focused on customer and community engagement, network health and optimization, and user support.

Joining the network is at no cost for community-based organizations and many organizations that are considered part of the safety net, like community health centers, tribal clinics, and mental health centers.

Local Sponsors

Unite Georgia is sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, the Georgia Department of Veterans Services, and VECTR.

Our community champions include the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Georgia and CHRIS 180.

What People Are Saying

We are excited to be a part of the Unite Us network because it has connected us to so many more partner organizations allowing us to serve more of our neighbors in need.

Robin Walker
Connection Program Coordinator at Wholesome Wave Georgia

We joined the Unite Us network because many people that come in for assistance have other barriers to employment that go beyond what we do in terms of workforce development. It’s very important to us that, if we can’t assist the customer, we connect them to people and additional resources that can help them be successful.

Paul Allen
Workforce Development Professional at WorkSource Georgia

We joined the Unite Us network to better serve and connect our Helpline callers to resources within the community. Through this partnership, we look forward to referring individuals to our network partners along with supporting our fellow community-based agencies that reach out to us.

Marquia Robinson
Program Manager at National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Georgia

CHRIS 180 decided to join the Unite Us network to provide wraparound services for the community. Unite Us will enable our team to have a wider range of resources available, which means our clients can meet their goals in a shorter timeframe.
